Dr. Paresh Dave

Dr. Dave holds a doctorate degree in Chemistry from Central Salt & amp; Marine Chemical Research Institute, India. He also holds post graduate diploma in Intellectual Property Rights from NALSAR University of Law, India. After completing his doctorate, Dr. Dave worked as postdoctoral fellow at three different labs, Weizmann Institute of Science (Rehovot, Israel), Miami University (Ohio, USA), and University of British Columbia (Vancouver, Canada).  

Dr. Dave has published 19 research articles in internationally reputed journals such as J. Am. Chem. Soc., Biochemistry, Langmuir, Biophys. J. etc. Dr. Dave has an overall experience of twenty three years with eleven years in research and development. His area of research interest includes magnetic resonance and biophysical field to study materials and membrane proteins. Dr. Dave is also working in the field of intellectual field since 2006. He has assisted to the corporate, start-ups and individual inventors to maximize their IP potential of technical disclosures, and developing strategic intellectual property assets. Also helped companies to Identify, protect and maintain their IP including Patents, trademarks and copyrights. Facilitating Patent litigation support, and presenting patent information in maps and charts. 

Dr. Dave has drafted more than 300 + patent applications and filed in various jurisdictions such as USA, Canada, Australia, and India. Working very closely with the international clients and providing IP consultancy. He worked in dedicated team for around 6 years and maintained excellent client relationships. The dedicated team had also grown in full size.

Further, He helped CPA to fetch new businesses also. He has also two Indian Patent application pending and one US patent application pending. He also served as an expert paper setter of the IPR field for one of the university in Rajasthan. He has also published an article for spreading IPR awareness in the online portal, NewsWave. He is well aware about the IP laws of the major jurisdictions and experts hands on various databases such as Patbase, Questel Orbit, STN, USPTO Patft, Espacenet, freepatentsonline, Google Patents, Patseer etc.

He has also received a certificate of an appreciation as a one of the company for “Most 20 Promising Patent and Trademark Law Firms” by SiliconIndia Magazine for two years in a continuously, 2018 & 2019. 

He also organize seminars, lectures, and workshops related to Intellectual Property rights for spreading awareness and education in the schools, colleges, institutes, and universities. We has also delivered an keynote address at the SmartTech 2018 (which was held at Delhi Technical Campus, Greater Noida on January 11-12, 2018); State Level seminar on IPR (which was held at Kadi Sarva Vishvavidhyalay, Kadi, Gujarat on September 14, 2018); 3 rd International Conferences on Advance in Computing and Data Sciences (ICACDS-2019) held at Inderprastha Engineering College, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India on April 12-13, 2019 and Expert seminar on Patenting System (North Gujarat University, Gujarat on September 13, 2018). Dr. Dave has also published articles on Intellectual Property Field on online portals, such as Newswave and The Indian Observer Post.
