Urvee Sidhpura

Urvee has completed MBA in HR from MET College and TY B.COM from MKS College and having experience of more than 9 years, She is a Vice President of Human Resources and responsible for leading people strategy and building an inclusive and collaborative culture. She is involved in organization development initiatives right from organizational diagnostics, conceptualization of talent
management strategies and executing them. In her role, she has responsibility for empathizing with employees and proposing initiatives and policies within the organization so that the best talent is attracted, motivated, retained and rewarded and ensuring the Talent Management Process is followed in the organization. 

She provides ground level inputs to the seniors through effective and positive organization intelligence and also works closely with all stakeholders to ensure the HR process is executed as per plan.
